Do not purchase tickets offered through social media comments, direct messages, unofficial resale pages, or third-party links claiming to sell IPE tickets.

If you are unsure whether a ticket or seller is legitimate, do not send payment.

Yes. To transfer tickets through Showpass: Log in to your Showpass account. Select Orders or My Orders. Find the order with the ticket you want to transfer. Click Order Options. Select Transfer to a Friend or Transfer Tickets to a Friend. Choose the ticket or tickets you would like to transfer. Click Continue. Enter the recipient’s email address. Click Send Transfer.

Attendees only arriving for dances can enter through any gate up until 9:00 PM, after 9:00 PM, they can enter through Gate #2 (Wood Ave) until 10:00 PM.

After 10:00 PM, dance attendees can enter through Gate #4 (Adair Street); however, there is no re-entry allowed after 10:00 PM on any gates

You can re-enter at our gates from 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM; after this, gate re-entry is only available at Gate #2 (Wood Ave) until 10:00 PM.

The only exception is for dance ticket holders, where entry through Gate #4 (Adair Street) is permitted after 10:00 PM; however, there is no re-entry allowed after 10:00 PM on any gates.

Wednesday and Thursday offer extra savings for seniors (60+).

Yes. Admission tickets may be used on any one day of the event, but each ticket can only be used once.

Yes! Live music shows happen daily at the Main Stage and Community Corner Stage and are included in your general admission ticket.

We do not offer refunds.

Yes. When presale ride bracelets are available, they can be purchased through the Buy Tickets button on ArmstrongIPE.com.

Presale availability and deadlines may change from year to year. Once the presale period ends, ride bracelets may need to be purchased directly from West Coast Amusements on the fairgrounds.

Possibly, but additional tickets are not guaranteed.

A very small number of dance tickets can sometimes become available at the door immediately before an event, depending on the allowable capacity at that time. We do not always announce this in advance and cannot confirm beforehand whether additional door tickets will be available.

If you are hoping to purchase tickets at the door, we highly recommend arriving early. Please be aware that you may arrive and find that no additional tickets can be sold.

The most current dance ticket availability is shown through the Buy Tickets button on ArmstrongIPE.com.

If a particular dance is no longer listed as available there, it likely means that event is sold out.

You can also check the Dances page on ArmstrongIPE.com. If all dance tickets are sold out, an alert will be displayed at the top of that page.

Gates open at 8 AM each day!

After 9:00 PM, re-entry is only available at Gate #2 (Wood Ave) until 10:00 PM. No re-entry is allowed after 10:00 PM.

If your Showpass ticket is not loading or scanning properly, please try the following: Make sure you are logged into the correct Showpass account used to purchase the tickets. Ensure your ticket has not already been scanned or transferred to another guest. Refresh your ticket page or reopen the Showpass app or confirmation email. Increase your screen brightness so the barcode or QR code can scan properly. Take a screenshot of your ticket before arriving in case of poor cell service. Check your confirmation email to make sure you are attending the correct event date and time.

Children 5 and under get free general admission to the Armstrong IPE Fairgrounds.

For rodeo admission, children 5 and under can attend free if they can comfortably sit in your lap throughout the event, as it is assigned seating.

Seniors (60+), Youth (13-17), and Children (6-12) all receive discounts to attend the IPE.

Additionally, children 5 and under receive FREE general admission to the fair.

If you’re attending the rodeo, make sure your child, 5 or under, can sit in your lap for the entire event, as seating is assigned.

Guests are responsible for their tickets after purchase. We are unable to offer refunds, replacements, or reissues for lost, stolen, or misplaced tickets.

If you are unable to complete your ticket purchase online, please contact the IPE office for assistance.

You can email info@armstrongipe.com, contact the office directly, or drop by the IPE office during regular office hours to purchase or receive assistance with tickets.

Ticket availability can change quickly, so the office cannot guarantee that a particular ticket will still be available when you arrive.

To exchange tickets through Showpass: Log in to your Showpass account. Go to My Orders. Find the order or tickets you would like to exchange. Click Order Options. Select Exchange Tickets. Choose the new available date, time, or ticket option. Complete the checkout process. Any price difference must be paid before the exchange is finalised. Once complete, your new tickets will appear in your Showpass account, and your original tickets will no longer be valid.
